We
had a house fire which totally destroyed our kitchen, garage, and
our hardwood floors throughout the house needed to be replaced due
to water damage. We chose West Valley to rebuild, quite frankly
because of their low bid. The insurance company quoted us an amount
to only "rebuild". We chose the cash out option and hired Mr. Diaz
to "rebuild and add on". Yes, we were able to add on square footage
to our existing kitchen because of the money that this contractor
saved for us in other areas. Our home turned out beautifully and was
completed on time. We really appreciated the fact that the
contractor was always able to take our phone calls and dealt
directly with the insurance company. We would definitely recommend
to friends and family.

Valley Builders proved to be a very reliable and honest company. I
received a detailed estimate and the completed project came in on
budget. There was not one hidden cost and absolutely no unexpected
surprises. I was very pleased to discover that these guys take great
pride in their work and stand behind their word. It was really a
very positive experience. My neighbor saw the work they did for me
and was so impressed that she has now hired them. They are currently
working at my neighbor’s house and the job seems to be going as
smoothly as mine did. I would love to recommend these guys to even
more people.

I will start by saying that I have
no question that West Valley Builders are one of the finest builders
around. They did for me the best job I have ever seen. The attention
to detail was immaculate and their materials were the best grade
possible. Raul is a man of his word. If anything came up, it was
taking care of immediately. For example: an inspector came by and
saw the insulation for the roof. This was not a part of the project
but the inspector said that material is no longer acceptable and it
has to be redone. Raul bought all the appropriate materials and sent
two guys to meet the inspector’s requirements. This additional work
must have costs at least two thousand dollars, and Raul didn’t
charge me a penny. Even the inspector could not believe they did the
work without changing the original quote. Raul went on to say he
wrote the bid and he should have known, so it is his duty to absorb
that cost. Unbelievable! I am blown away with the work and the
integrity of this company. They go way above and beyond what is
expected of them, and that is what makes them great. I take pleasure
in telling everyone about West Valley Builders.

West Valley Builders does very
quality work. It really speaks for itself. They were very
considerate of my situation. I have two young children and not a
single screw or piece of material was left lying around. They kept
to their work spaces and cleaned up after each work day.
