Plan 201
Very similar to our 101 plan, West
Valley Builders offers a 201 plan as well. With the 201 plan we
still allow you the consumer, to carry forth your design, and have
hands on participation in the construction of your dream room, home,
or establishment. As
previously stated, West Valley Builders will cooperate, and comply
with Contra Costa and Solano Counties, to ensure a much smoother
permit process. After choosing the start up date as stated in Plan
101, West Valley Builders will lay the foundation, frame up the
walls and roof, put up exterior siding, run electrical, and weather
proof it with a 30-yr comp shingle roof.
Secondly, and maybe the most important part for you, the consumer, we
at West Valley Builders let you put the final touches on
your new addition by finishing the paint, trim, and floor coverings.
