Plan 101
 Feeling
a little handy, with the 101 plan you will be able to insulate,
install heat runs, gutters and downspouts, sheetrock, tape and
texture, paint, trim, doors and floor coverings. Our 101 plan allows
our customers to become part of the project that they envision. This
process starts with an idea, followed by a well designed plan with
structurally sound details. We work hand in hand with many of the
building departments in Contra Costa and Solano Counties, allowing
the permit process to run smother. Once we have the permit, we will
give you a start date for the job. West Valley Builders will then
lay the foundation, frame up the walls and roof, and weather proof it with a 30-yr comp shingle
roof.
